RMA Warranty Return Policy:

We offer a 14 Day Warranty period on all items we sell, unless noted otherwise on the product detail page.

All items returned to us will be fully tested and the IMEI or Serial numbers of the item must match what we shipped to you.

We will Repair, Replace, or Refund your faulty items at our discretion. 
 
All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.
 

To obtain an RMA # Please access the RMA page in the Customer Service section and fill out the RMA form, including your order number, IMEI/Serial Numbers, and a clear description of the problem. We will respond within 1 business day. 

GENERAL TERMS:

If Angel Cellular determines that the item is not faulty or damaged, or that the item was damaged, misused or abused by the customer, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

For your security, please return the package to us using an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit.

When returning handsets, only return the handset without the battery.

All accessories and Free Gifts, which were included with purchased item, must be returned together with the original purchased items. All original Shipping, Handling, Insurance and all other fees are Non-Refundable.

All returned items must have an RMA # marked clearly on the shipping label or external shipping package. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

All returns & exchanges must be packaged securely with all manufacturers packaging, instruction booklets and all other supplied software and accessories.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cingular/AT&T customers should beware of purchasing any GSM cellphones that do not include the 850mhz GSM frequency, as in most areas there will be a lack of cellular signal reception.

Cellular features are network dependent. 

Please note that MMS related services are dependent on the network as well as on the compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. Please check the availability of MMS, GPRS, WAP, and Internet services with your network operator and/or service provider.

If your settings are input properly, you will in most cases find all features working on your phone.

Angel Cellular is not responsible for the settings of the phones browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WAP, Picture sending or any other network related setup other than the voice feature. For additional setup instruction please contact your current phone service provider or visit a discussion forum for instructions for examplewww.howardforum.com. There will be no Refund or Exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WAP, Picture sending or any other internet related setup except the voice feature.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring item's compatibility with their network/carrier service provider before placing an order. 

In order to provide you with the lowest prices and crazy deals, we may import cellular equipment from many worldwide manufacturers & major carriers, which may have additional languages and/or settings available besides for the USA English or U.K English, and which may also carry a small power adaptor for use in the USA.

The products we sell may have no warranty outside of our 45 day warranty policy.
